Probably the first thing you will learn in a diving course is that divers do not hold their breath. Here’s why.

Sometimes diving instructors explain it to us, but we don’t understand it right away. And once in a while, instructors don’t feel the need to explain every little detail. Some things may be taken for granted, so people just don’t pay too much attention or importance. But certainly, most people like to know all the available information and even in the smallest details. To make them feel safer.
